The combination of our secret recipe using high quality ingredients and the unique flavor of smoked ballyhoo fish made this sambal a distinct taste unlike others. It is recommended to have them with stir fry mix veggies, long beans and unique taste to your otak-otak (otah). It is good as dips too.
