At Munchie Mart, all products sold are non-returnable, and non-refundable.
However, if you receive a product that is:

Has been tampered with or appears unsafe for consumption

Fundamentally different from what was shown on our site
You may then proceed to request for a refund or replacement.
Please check your order immediately upon delivery. While we do our best to pack your items securely, Munchie Mart is not responsible for any loss or damage during delivery, or issues due to external circumstances such as mishandling after delivery.
If any of the above issues apply or if the product becomes spoiled before its expiry date, reach out to us promptly with photos and order details.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
If your order meets the return criteria (e.g. wrong item, expired, damaged, tampered, or unsafe), here’s what to do:

Email Us Within 2 Days Send a return request to 876miles@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order. Please include photos and a brief explanation of the issue.

Wait for Confirmation We may ask for more details to assess your request. Once your return is approved, we’ll confirm how to proceed.

Send the Product Back Ship the product to: 202 Kallang Bahru #353, Singapore 339339 (Use a delivery service with tracking. We’re not responsible for items lost during return shipping.)

Refund or Replacement Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund or replacement—either full or partial—based on the condition of the product.
CANCELLATION OF YOUR ORDER
In the event that an item was incorrectly priced at the time you placed your order, Munchie Mart reserves the right to cancel the order without your consent. If this happens, we will refund you in full for the amount you paid using your original payment method.
REFUND POLICY
Refund Method Your refund will be issued through the same payment method used at checkout. All refund processing fees (if any) will be covered by Munchie Mart.
Refund Timing We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible. While we’ll do our best, refund times may vary depending on your payment provider. Delays that are beyond our control will not be our responsibility.
Return Approval Required Refunds will only be processed after your return request is approved and we’ve received and inspected the returned product.
Reasons We May Decline a Refund We may reject your refund if:
The returned product has been used or is not in original packaging
The product does not match your original order
The product was returned late and has expired If your return is rejected, the item may be sent back to you at your own cost, and no refund will be processed.
