DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDERS
All orders from Munchie Mart are delivered by third-party courier services. Your items will be sent using the delivery method you selected at checkout and delivered to the address you provided.
Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order, as we are not responsible for delays, errors, or any damage or loss that occurs after your package is handed over to the courier.
If there’s a delay in fulfilling your order due to items being out of stock, we’ll inform you as soon as possible. You may then choose to:

Cancel your order within 2 days of our notification for a full refund, or

Replace the unavailable items with other products of equal or greater value (you’ll just need to top up the difference if applicable).
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed. While we’ll do our best to ship your order quickly, delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control.
If the first delivery attempt fails, we’ll contact you to arrange a second attempt. A second delivery will only be made after we confirm you’re available to receive it. Please note that we’re not responsible for any drop in product quality caused by missed deliveries, and no refunds will be given for missed or refused deliveries.
In case you receive extra items by mistake, please contact us within 2 days to return them. If not returned, we reserve the right to charge for those additional items.
